He serves as Interim Market President for C-Suite for Christ (CS4C) in Dallas–Fort Worth, where he is helping relaunch the chapter as the connective tissue of the Christian marketplace — bringing business leaders, non-profits, missional organizations, churches, and investors into genuine relationship around a common purpose.

Through A2O Consulting, the firm he founded in 2003, he comes alongside Kingdom-minded business leaders who refuse to choose between their deepest convictions and business excellence, helping them grow with clarity, integrity, and purpose. Over two decades he has guided more than 200 organizations, from Fortune 100 companies to faith-driven entrepreneurs, and he also serves as Head of Growth for AbilityMap. Originally from Philadelphia, Dave lives in McKinney, Texas, with his wife, Blanche, and their family.
