He has served the Association of Fundraising Professionals at the international and chapter levels as a board member, officer, and presenter. He is an ordained Presbyterian elder and is active in music and stewardship, as well as in local and global missions.
A long-time resident of North Texas, Key has been married for 30 years and is a father and a grandfather. He enjoys a variety of outdoor activities, being a Texas Tech Red Raider fan, and spending time on the cattle ranch his grandfather established over 70 years ago.

Since then, Mike has personally coached over 800 executives, managers, and entrepreneurs and have trained thousands more on four continents.
