Inga is a Desert Storm veteran, former Dallas Cowboys Cheerleader, executive leader, speaker, and Executive Partner for C-Suite for Christ. She is also the founder of SPARK Executive Advisory, where she guides executives and organizations to successful growth through stronger communication, aligned leadership, and cultures built to support both people and performance.

Known for bringing clarity to complexity, Inga partners with leaders to strengthen executive messaging, navigate change, improve team alignment, and build the kind of healthy culture that sustains growth over time. Her professional journey also includes co-founding and expanding Southwest Allergy & Asthma from a single-provider practice into a state of the art seven-location organization committed to compassion in healthcare. Inga’s leadership is deeply rooted in service.

She founded Help for Houston and Breath of Life, recently became a certified Mental Health First Responder, and coordinated the Allen Strong community response team following the tragic May 6th, 2023 shooting in Allen, Texas.

A proud mom of five adult children, including twins, Inga also serves on the worship team at Chase Oaks Church. Her life reflects a deep commitment to faith, family, service, and guiding others to lead with courage and purpose.
